Description: I was using this phone on tracfone/t-mobile pay as you go, and it stopped talking to the towers. I bought a new phone but it turned out this one only needed an update. It works fine now on Verison and T-Mobile networks. It has a case on it and a Tempered screen protector. I factory reset it. It has no visible scratches or burn. Slight smudge under the screen protector on the print pad.
