This item was purchased a few months back brand new and has only been seldom used (for pranking purposes) a few times. Since I no longer have any use for it, I'm simply parting ways with it. The rubber on the snake may have a few imperfections; which are basically manufacturer flaws (such as rough edges) and not something that was caused by previous use; although it may be worn ever so slightly. The snake is pretty well coiled; as it was originally sent that way (which makes it pretty difficult to uncoil, so I suppose it's meant to be contained in this specific state). While the snake may look black with a yellow undercoat... it may in fact be a very dark green if you look closely enough. Either way, this rubber snake is practically brand new despite of the aforementioned minor use, hence the reason why I'm pricing this item to move, so please be sure to get in on this deal while it still lasts, for my loss is your gain as they say in the trade.
