Royal Haeger 1940's VINTAGE Mint Green Art Deco Ballerina Vase

Description: Under the watchful eye of famed ceramics designer Royal Arden Hickman, Chicago's Haeger potteries crafted this lovely Art Deco mint green ceramic ballerina vase in the late 1930s or early 40s. Our ballerina, with back arched and on pointed toe, poses atop a stand with her hands gracefully clasped on her voluminous tutu, which becomes part of a circular vase she's positioned in front of. Measuring 8.25" tall with a 4.5" long by 4" wide base, our balletic beauty does indeed bare a couple chips in her tutu as well as a couple in the rear underside of the piece, while the rear side of her base also has a small circular glazing blemish as well (please see pics). True, there's a scuff mark or two on her legs and a pinhole here or there, but this nearly 2 lb. craze and crack free emblem of that gorgeous Art Décoratifs style - simplistic, clean lines allowing all elements of the design to be appreciated simultaneously - still boasts a timeless elegance. ***Hello Shopper With Discerning Taste!*** Thanks so much for checking out BricABracBrigade!
