The small rectangular tray measures approximately 9.0” x 5.875” and the piece is marked with the following backstamp: “Royal Copenhagen, Denmark, 10 / 8181,” in addition to the three blue line logo and the initials of the artist. The small rectangular tray has a white/ivory base with blue floral (flowers) design and a braided, yet smooth design. Please note that the piece is hand painted and each piece may display variations in the intensity of color or unique features/design. The pattern has been discontinued with the years of manufacture between 1780 and 2012. The rectangular tray is 1st quality (no mark through the Royal Copenhagen logo). Condition: Overall, the small rectangular tray is in great condition and looks to have been rarely used. The small rectangular tray was acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no major condition issues (chips, cracks, crazing) were noticed upon a thorough inspection. The piece may show extremely light utensil marks, light cleaning or storage scratches, or minor imperfections to the glaze and/or paint, but the piece looks only lightly used.
