It meets or exceeds factory specs. It fits lifts with capacity between 7,000 & 9000 pounds. This kit rebuilds TEXAS HYDRAULICS cylinders that rotary used through many years of production.This Kit Rebuilds 1 Cylinder -HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR CYLINDER IS A TEXAS HYDRAULIC If your lift has a TEXAS HYDRAULICS cylinder in it, it will be approximately 72" tall with a small bleeder screw at the top. Look apprx 6" below the bleeder screw near the top of the cylinder to see ID stampings (see stamping example PICS 8, 9, & 10)If it reads "TXT" or "TH" followed by #s this is the proper seal kit for your lift. Also you may find fj7664 FJ783. These 2 numbers are the cylinder part numbers but you still need stampings "TXT" "TH" or "T" If you have your cylinder apart already, compare your piston seal with the one pictured to the left. Texas Hydraulic cylinders have distinctive yellow single lipped seal on the piston if they are original seals from rotary or may be black if they have been replaced (see pics 4-7).
