Description: This is the Futura Roseville Cone Vase Urn #401-8. It’s glazed in the signature Roseville gold orange matte glaze with moss green art deco details, and sage green base. All Roseville glazes were carefully developed and applied by artists who worked with these special glazes on a daily basis for decades. It is 8 inches tall by 5 inches wide at the base. The Futura line was designed by Frank Ferrell for Roseville and was produced in 1928. This piece is in beautiful condition. There are no chips or cracks. I have never used this piece to hold anything but a previous owner may have. It has some calcium deposit in the inside but I hesitate to use strong cleaners and have left them just as I purchased the piece. It was purchased from a reputable antique dealer and has been in my display cabinet along with the rest of my Futura collection for over 40 years. The spoon is in the photograph to show scale and is not included. I pack very safely. This piece will be double boxed and well-padded to ensure it arrives safely. $450 plus $35 shipping.
