I'm pretty sure there is not a drawstring at the top. Brand - Nostalgic Country Concepts, Calico Designs, Decatur, Alabama. Date 1983. Would make a cute gift bag. Brand new. There is a bad spot on the paper packaging. There is also a small red smudge on the front of the bag in the bottom, left-hand corner (see last two pics).
