I simply bought every piece I could find where there was any hope it was intact and quite a few that weren’t. I suspect that I have the largest collection of ‘street’ Gigli on eBay and I have dozens of items that are not for sale because I can’t live without them – five coats, countless jackets and tops and, yes, four or five of those outrageous wool jersey dresses one simply never sees for sale. It has happened more than a few times that someone sweet-talked me into selling a beloved item at a low price and then I found it on Etsy for 2-3 times that price a month later. Coat weight cashmere blended with wool. No damage The fronts align but are oddly shaped so there’s more overlap at the top. ¾ sleeves. Not full length. The hood is double layer but doesn’t work well as a hood and instead forms a very nice shawl collar. Welt pockets that are intact tho not deep at all. Fully lined in what feels like acetate. This is coat weight and is best for someone 37” around or less. 20” across the back at the underarms, waist and hem. 29“ long nape to hem. 16“ from one shoulder seam to the other across the back and sleeves are 19“ long.
