This note is very heavily circulated, heavily damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - many areas of damage with many pieces missing); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged - edges rough/damaged/missing in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (many tears exist and many are large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss and surface damage exist); many holes/inner tears and many are larger; many pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
