Aside from that it shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and heavy rust. Chrome has some flaking. Legs have a significant wobble. Rubber feet are missing. This does not have any thumbscrews. Screw holes are in good shape. Could be a fully functioning stand with the right parts. See the pictures for more details!
