Returns Before returning any item, you must request an RMA number. (return merchandise authorization) Please note, there will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges. If you received a wrong order (color, style, and/or size) at our fault, we will issue you a return label to ship the item back to us at our cost and exchange or issue a full refund upon receiving the returns. You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition within 30 days. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
