Includes same players as an earlier Conlon set by Marketcom (1983) which was issued in larger (4-1/2" X 6-1/8") format Pictures and historical data provided are frequently different from the earlier set Cards from 1988 do not include facsimile autographs whereas the earlier, larger format Marketcom set does This card comes from a special set of cards depicting select all stars chosen by The Sporting News. The historical/biographical information featured on these 1933 Conlon All-Star cards is most interesting and well written, easily ranking among the finest ever produced.
