Description: This is an auction for an inletting stand I bought from a guy in Arkansas, it was hand made by him. It is NOT a piece of home made junk but is very well crafted, I will be adding more details shortly. I used it to work on a stock for a 1935 Mauser and I doubt I will be doing any more, even though you can see a pristine unused blank for a Mauser 1893 in the stand, see the photo. I am going to list the 1893 Mauser blank shortly. It is a bit weighty, to be prepared for a shipping cost that may run north of $30 and I think the best shipping would be UPS Ground. The successful bidder would be expected to pick up the shipping cost. I will work with you on the shipping, once I know where you are and assuming you won it! This is a very solid piece of equipment and will serve you well for a long time. Ask whatever questions you want, but you won't be disappointed if you inlet rifle stocks and plan to do more. The wood members are massive and it is securely glued Please note that the item I am selling is ONLY the inletting stand, NOT the stock pictured, now any of the minor items. I was just too much trouble in an already cluttered room to move everything off before it is sold.
