Basin Street Blues Pianist Victor Feldman was a child prodigy, playing professionally at the age of ten (the boy wonder of the drums!). He built up a big reputation in London as a percussionist with the bands of Roy Fox, Ralph Sharon, Ted Heath and Jack Parnell. It was the latter who encouraged Victor to also develop his piano skills, which in turn led to him becoming a world class vibraphonist. After becoming established, Victor emigrated to the U.S.A., working with many top acts including Woody Herman and the Cannonball Adderley band.
