This is a used lounger that is in very good shape. It comes from a smoke-free, Pet-free home, and has been regularly conditioned and cared for over the years. This good looking and very comfortable lounger/chaise is not huge........I think it is perfect for a small apartment or teen room, or even someone's office. I had it in my office as a good looking conversation piece and place for someone to sit. It is perfect for a smaller area where good looks, quality and comfort is needed, but space is a consideration. This beautiful leather RH piece is 60" wide, 46" deep and roughly 27" tall in the back. The seat is about 15" high. Two people can sit on this comfortably. RH normally sells this double lounger in two leather types (Brompton and Berkshire) and three color combinations (Cocoa, Chestnut and Smoke). This one is the more expensive, higher quality Italian Berkshire leather in Cocoa and sells for $6445 plus tax and shipping (see enclosed pic or check for yourself) I'm not knocking Brompton as I love it too, but Berkshire is thicker and slightly better quality (in my opinion).
