WARRANTY: 3yrs/100k mile Warranty. Covers parts only. Warranties are tracked by serial number issued to unit and subject to inspection. We proudly stand by our work and are available to help with any trouble shooting and or warranty if ever needed. Contact us before removing the unit and be sure to follow our procedure to process any issues. SHIPPING: Handling time 1-3 business days, subject to time of day ordered and freight pickup. Must be in same condition and packaging that left our facility. Refund dependent upon inspection, if unit has been installed, no refund will be issued. Core must be rebuildable, meaning complete with torque converter and not disassembled and/or missing any parts. Core must be returned within 30 days. After inspection Core charge of $750 will be returned.
