Description: Red Wing Heritage 875 Classic Moc Toe Boots Oro Legacy Leather 8.5 D 8.5D This is an fine pair of the quintessential 6 inch classic moc Red Wing boots in Oro Legacy leather with their classic Traction Tred soles. The soles are great because they track very little mud and dirt indoors and, because they lack a separate heel, they will not "catch" on anything while walking. The reddish-tan color of this leather originally came from the use of sequoia trees in the tanning process and resulted in these boots being nicknamed "Irish Setter", a nickname which has become synonomous with this style of boot. This pair has an incredible patina that I've rarely seen on any other pair of boots. Regarding fitting, the usual recommendation is to size down about 1/2 size. I usually wear 8.5 in Red Wing Heritage but size 9 in most Allen Edmonds shoes. These are in fine condition. There is a bit of sole wear due to heel drag as well as a few nicks and scrapes here and there. The most prominent of these scrapes is in the front of right boot; it is shown best in the last photo.
