It has nice chip and crack free jigged bone handles, German silver bolsters, Red Stag shield and pins with brass liners. It comes out of the same factory that made German Eye brand, Fightin Rooster and Bulldog knives. A well made knife for sure. The main sheepsfoots blade has an etch with a Red Stag plus it says First Edition P 4034. The tang reads Red Stag Germany. All 4 blades are stamped Red Stag. This knife is 3 1/4 inches closed.
