Description: Tested, powers on and different bands appear to work. Both dials spin/function okay, they do occasionally seem to momentarily bind while spinning. I am not sure if the string inside is getting caught on something or what is happening - I have not opened it. Overall good cosmetic shape, a couple light scratches/scuffs but nothing really noteworthy.
