Description: This Raymour and Flanigan Cates Sofa and two oversized accent chairs is practically in mint condition. They are about a year old and have been very well kept. Cleaned frequently, cushions washed regularly. One slight rip in bottom back of couch that is hardly noticeable. The couch can comfortably seat 3-4 people and each chair seats 1 with extra room. Couch measures 96" long by 42.5" deep and 30" high (including legs) Chairs measure 44" wide by 42.5" deep and 30" high (including legs) Seat cushions are 33" deep front to back. The set is very comfortable. Back cushions have kept their shape well with occasional fluffing. The set has not been exposed to cigarette smoke but has been exposed to cats. They have left it alone for the most part. They just found it to be comfortable as well. The set was originally purchased for $900 per chair and $1,800 for the couch.
