Walt Disney World Authentic Certificate of PERFECT ATTENDANCE Awarded to Bernie Durgin Jan 1982 to Dec 1982 , signed by Director Peter Bloustein and Vice President Ron Logan. Both authentic signatures. Has small tear on left side edge minor crease in center award corner says 1979 Walt Disney Productions, back has discoloring areas , minor dings scuffs. ********************************************************************************* Peter Bloustein was director of Entertainment for 16 yrs. ********************************************************************************* Ron Logan was the Executive Vice President of Walt Disney Entertainment from 1980-2001.
