ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: NOTE: I have listed this item as “used;” however, I believe it has only been displayed on a shelf all of these years. There are no signs that it has ever been used & there are no chips or cracks. I usually can tell the difference between ceramic & porcelain items, but can’t confirm on this particular piece. I feel it is probably ceramic, but I’m not positive about that. As reflected on the bottom, it was made & signed by K. Sykes in 1977. I noticed the bottom side reflects a copyright date that appears to be 1974, but I could be mistaken since it was signed in 1977. With lid, it measures approximately 7” x 4-1/2” in diameter at the base. Without the lid, it measures approximately 4-5/8” in diameter at the top, then 4-1/2” at the base. It holds over 2 cups (over 16 ounces) & weighs 1 pound, 9 ounces. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks!
