Description: Rare Vintage Campagnolo Record/Super Record Ernesto Colnago Pantographed Drillium 53 tooth Chainring - 144 BCD Please note! This is a used & modified item. It has been drilled in 5 places by the original owner to reduce weight for racing purposes, sometimes referred to as "drillium" - popular in high end racing bikes during the steel frame era. This is likely to have come off of a Colnago Super 1970s era road bike used for professional racing. I have not cleaned it since obtaining it nearly 20 years ago but it would clean up a little better if you want to put it on a show bike. There are surface scratches showing use which could probably be polished out as well. But would you really want to do that? It could be grease from the Tour de France on there! :)
