Description: This is one of the rare pieces of vintage Nemadji Pottery, in the Forest Impressions line. It is a coffee or tea cup, or mug. Stands a full 4 1/4" tall, 3 3/4" diameter across the top opening; 5 1/4" across when you include the handle. No chips or cracks. In very good condition! Forest Impressions had a short run line in the early 1980s using native Minnesota leaves. Due to its high production costs and because it was labor intensive, the line was discontinued after 2 years. It is the hardest to find of the Nemadji pottery. It is stamped on the bottom "Nemadji Pottery" and an Indian head.
