Description: This is an extremely RARE find! It's a one of a kind item! This should be classified as a "treasure" among vintage Russian stamps. This is a 30 stamp, mini Russian stamp album apparently issued in 1973. The stamps appear to be all postmarked on or near the edges by a hand stamp. They could be CTO, we're not sure. I do not read Russian, and I do not have any clue as to what the white seal on the album translates to. I have not identified any of the stamps on this album. This album has been in storage for over 50 years, and now it must go. I acquired this album from a Russian sailor who was the postmaster for a fleet of Russian supply frigates. I negotiated with Yuri many hours for a trade involving two stamp albums, his sailor's hat, and his ID card. After many drinks, the deal was made. Yuri got a couple of Abraham Lincolns and a nice pair of Marine Corp boots. This is a very hard to find item. If you don't live in Russia, it would be an extremely RARE opportunity to come across one of these. Don't miss out on this one of a kind item.
