We Do Not Test Factory Sealed, NEW IN BOX or otherwise never opened before items, unless specifically specified that we have. Keep all packaging, re-pack train/item and we will send you a return label. Please do not attempt to repair the item, as this could VOID any Warranty and/or Our Return Policy.
