Description: RARE- This is a never seen combination pair of two variations of the Republik Osterreich 1S stamp. The lighter color version is Mi:AT 1045y and was printed in 1959. The darker color version is Sn:AT 620. Most people are familiar with this stamp. But it is not really part of the Buildings series. It was printed in 1957 to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the pilgrimage town Mariazell. The stamps are lightly canceled and would probably grade XF.
