Description: RARE ORIGINAL WW2 German P38 Hardshell Holster 'ndk' WaA77 44 VGCExtremely hard to find Polish contract manufacture JNDUSTRIEWERKE AKBA GMBH located in Petrikau, Poland.Unique ovals surround 'P38' designation, manufacturer code 'ndk' and date '44'.The majority of 'ndk' holsters are brown in color. This is only one of two I have seen colored in black. The inside of holster was originally brown and was dyed black on outer surfaces. There is evidence on inner surfaces black dye was sprayed on by original manufacture process. Was this a late production color change in manufacturing process moving from brown to black?Leather is in excellent condition and very flexible and pliable. No cracks, tears or loose stitching. Ejector strap is still flexible and intact. Original owner's initials are engraved on rear lower area of holster.
