Rare Merit 1956 Lotus MK XI Kit, Started Missing Parts In Box W/ Orig Decals

Description: Vintage Merit 1956 Lotus Mk 11 kit in original box with original decals. Some small parts missing and lower body piece has a chunk missing from rear corner and also a crack starting in the same rear corner. The photo shows the problem, that said, it is exaggerated in the photo and actually fits back together with minimal cleanup required, at least for the crack part. Box printing is vibrant and colorful still but a bit fazed and the box itself has some corner damage and is generally shopworn and bent up a bit. On quick inspection, it seems one headlamp insert, one taillight and some wheel/tire parts are missing, along with the instructions. On the positive side, included free of charge is an old Army postcard blank no doubt from when the kit was purchased on a base Exchange probably early/mid 1960s! Also the windscreen is present and accounted for which is an oft-sought piece from this kit. See the photos, they are part of the description.
