France hosts both the school and several training restaurants where students hone their cooking and baking skills. The original purpose of this case is unknown, but the Negrini cases are usually configured with foam inserts for transporting items. The case no longer has it's inserts, so what it was originally designed to hold remains a mystery. Regardless, the case would be a wonderful storage place for baking molds, specialty utensils or other occassional kitchenware, or as a display piece for a proud baker.
