The thick stainless steel blade was fabricated, sharpened and polished in Australia. It was made exclusively for this sword and features an elegant fuller which runs along its length. Although not razor sharp, the edge of this blade is still cutting sharp. To prevent injury, care should be taken when handling it. The detailed aluminum cast handle and guard, featuring the sword’s unique bevelled pattern design, were produced in America and refined and polished in Australia. The stunning Eye of Thundera located on both sides of the guard, featuring the Thundercats iconic black cat emblem, was custom made to size from an exceptionally thick and stronger than glass material, in Greece and set within the 2x Aluminum concavities using strong adhesive. It was made to look and feel exactly like glass but with added strength.
