Rare Antique English STEVENS & WILLIAMS Art Glass Basket c. 1900

Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION Up for your consideration is a gorgeous antique Victorian-era art glass basket made by Stevens & Williams (England), c. 1900. This rare & large piece is completely hand-blown with amber, pink, and cased in white glass. It is unsigned, as were most pieces by this maker during this era. Size The piece measures 9" tall, 7.5" wide and 7" in diameter. Condition Excellent original condition, this intricate piece is complete. No cracks. See photos of detail work and the little straw marks and manufactured unique spots. When you run your fingers across the feet or handles there are some sharper edges. As with the age of this piece there may be very small chips on the amber details within the ruffled glass. So be aware when handling this unique ooak piece of art.
