Description: A rare Al Hirschfeld poster for Barbara Cook's extended run at "The Ballroom" in 1988 I believe The Ballroom closed in the 90's - it was known for its cabaret and tapas... The poster, by D. Fray is dated 9/88 and printed by the Royal Offset Co. Inc NYC Al Hirschfeld's drawing is copyrighted 1987 and by permission of "The Margo Feiden Galeries" New York. Note the number 3 after his signature, that is the number of "Ninas" hidden in the drawing - Nina is his daughter. Look at the pictures and see if you see them. 29" X 22" approx. The poster is damaged and its doubtful there are many other survivors - Water damage, tears, foxing and edge was folded over card when previously framed - look at the pictures. No returns.
