Description: Very Rare, Unusual Antique Engraved/Identified Cane/Walking Stick, c.1880 DESCRIPTION: Scans show it all.....Very nice, great looking antique cane with fancy triangular silver emlbem at the top. Appears to be sterling silver, by the tarnish on it, but I can't be sure if it is or not. Measures about 35 1/2" from one end to the other. Nice 1" brass tip to protect wood.On the silver tag/emblem is nicely engraved the name "P. B. Moore". Nice early engraving font & style, looks c1880. VERY UNCOMMON TO FIND AN ANTIQUE IDENTIFIED CANE!!In excellent condition overall. It is a great decorator, or a very special addition to an antique cane or walking stick collection. Or a COULD ALSO STILL BE USED AS WELL, AND PROVIDES A GREAT, STYLISH, DAPPER, ANTIQUE LOOK!! Would make a great, PRIZED & UNUSUAL gift. From my personal collection.
