This is a used Radio Shack Pocket 11-Range Digital Battery Tester, Model 22-091, with LCD Display. This is a RARE vintage item. As far as I can tell, it's the ONLY one for sale on eBay or anywhere else online. This is a very nice compact battery tester that operates with three (3) AAA batteries (NOT INCLUDED). Includes original instruction sheet. ITEM CONDITION: These detailed photos show the exact actual item you are buying. This Radio Shack Pocket 22-091 Battery Tester is in excellent overall physical condition. I temporally installed some AAA batteries, and the unit appears to be functioning properly. The display is working. While I did not test all 11 ranges, the unit worked just fine while testing a AA and a 9V battery. The test leads wind and unwind nicely using the storage reel on the back of the unit. Don't use too much force while doing this to avoid damaging the leads.
