Queen Victoria, Duchy of Lancaster, with original cased royal red wax document seal attached featuring Queen Victoria / Duchy of Lancaster Coat of Arms. Letters Patent granted from "The Queen" to Abraham JamesClewther for the lease / mortgage of Beech Villa Harrogate in York. The Beech Villas at Harrogate are now privately owned. If you reside in one of the Villas today, this would be an incredible document to acquire! Condition is original, with some issues (holes, etc.). Royal wax seal impression is intact. Royal lease document / letters patent measures approximately 25" x 22.5". The diameter of the wax seal is 96.6mm. Diameter of the tin metal case is 106mm. Weight of seal is 144 grams. One of a kind.
