Payment In order for us to begin the shipping process the payment amount of the power wheelchair must be paid in full. Warranty A.S.A.P. Medical offers a limited 6 month warranty on this power wheelchair for any manufacturer defects. For six (6) months from the date of purchase, A.S.A.P. Medical will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of A.S.A.P. Medical to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Items including: • Motor/gearbox assembly • Power seat actuator • Brakes (electronic function ONLY) Electronic components, including: • Charger assembly • Controller • Joystick Other components, including: • Electrical harnesses WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear. • ABS plastic shrouds • Motor brushes • Upholstery and seating • Brake pads • Tires and tubes • Fuses/bulbs • Circumstances beyond the control of A.S.A.P. Medical. • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by A.S.A.P. Medical. • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from A.S.A.P. Medical. Exclusions also include components with damage caused by: • Contamination • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence • Battery fluid spillage or leakage • Commercial use, or use other than normal • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage This warranty is not transferable. Services Included The following services include: Virtual Seating Evaluation with our licensed Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). Adjustments on chair made before delivery from seating evaluation. Virtual educational meeting after delivery, for your safety. Electronics will be programmed specifically to your needs for speed, braking, and turning. During your evaluation you will also be able to ask any questions you may have about your power wheelchair. Shipping & Fees All shipping fees must be paid in full by the purchaser. Sales tax may be waived with proof of insurance.
