Description: For sale here is an early and heavy, antique, clear, tall, round, embossed, pictorial pint milk bottle. The dairy was located in Baltimore, Maryland. The bottle is embossed HEALTH DEPT. / 5450 / PERMIT in double circle on the front shoulder / PROTECTION / FARM / JERSEY / embossed cow on the front. Also embossed SL intertwined on the neck / S. LEVIN / STRICTLY PURE MILK on the back. Intertwined SL on the base. Dated 1926. About 7.5 inches tall. No chips or cracks. One pin head on back shoulder.
