It's fully tested and working - tested with Guitar Hero III on a slim ps2 and everything works including tilting the guitar to activate star power. Overall in good preowned condition - gave it some cleaning but some sticker residue remain particularly on the back of the neck. Please check the photos for exact detail of condition. Not the original strap, but I put on the Rock Band Fender Stratocaster strap on it - works perfectly fine and that is included as well.
