Description: This vintage cassette deck from Project One is a high quality House Brand that was manufactured for several box stores like Pacific Stereo back in the day. They are comparable to Pioneer. As you can see it is cosmetically in excellent condition. Inside and out it is clean with no corrosion, knicks, dents, or scratches. Made in Japan, this unit is top-of-the-line and has been tested by me. I changed two belts (drive and FF/Rev.) I used Dioxit on the controls to clean and lubricate them. All features were tested are working except recording. I don’t have blank tape. I generally just listen to prerecorded tapes. One attaching screw is missing from the dust cover. It does not affect the operation.
