Description: This is a great skirt, especially for the holidays! I received it as a gift and just never wore it. Therefore, I do not have the tags or know how much it was or where it came from. It was made by GB. The tag says Made in China but what doesn’t? It is a size S. It is flat front with elastic back. The underskirt has some give to it. The top layer is shirred all the way around. It lays really pretty. Both layers are 100% polyester. It has a spray of different sized mostly silver and a few gold stars on the front and back. It even has a big silver one on the waistband which is cute! It measures 29“ long from the top of the waistband to the hem. It is 13” across the waistband laying flat. It has an elastic back so of course it stretches more that that, but that gives you a base. I am happy to answers any questions BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
