Description: Maker: Everything that’s wonderful about high quality bone china is here in this pretty floral cup and saucer set by the renowned English maker Tuscan. Age: The company was renamed Royal Tuscan when it became part of the Wedgwood Group in 1966, but it has a long history as an iconic maker of beautiful English bone china. The mark on this set came into use in 1947, so it was produced between 1947 and 1966. Design: The pattern features small colorful flowers against a pale yellow bone china background. A handwritten pattern number - 8378A - is on the saucer. Size: The cup is 3 7/8 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches tall. The saucer is 5 1/2 inches wide. The set weighs about 8 ounces. Condition: Both pieces are in overall excellent condition with no marks, nicks, chips, cracks, discoloration, repairs or significant wear. There is light staining on the saucer - that's shown in the photo with the penny. Please check all the photos very carefully - they are an important part of the description.
