During the past summer however, ever since the adjournment of the special session of Congress, Senator William H King of Utah, seems to have usurped the title because of his activities as chairman of Senate District committee. Senator King has been so busy doing improvement work in the nartional capital that Mrs Norton may find it hard to recover her title when she returns here for next session of Congress.
