Features the Premier logo on the front in silver stitching. This head rest was designed for use on flexsteel seats. It measures roughly 9 3/4" L x 8 5/8" H x 6" D overall with (2) 6 1/8" L x 3/8" Dia. posts. This cushion is new, out of the original package and comes as shown with parts shown only. It may have been used as a display at one point, one post shows possible sign of installation - see photos.
