He has actively engaged in the research fields of advanced manufacturing technology for long. He was awarded the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award. Owing to his academic achievements and reputation, Prof. Wang was appointed as a board member of the eighth Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, and was awarded the Distinguished Professor of Yangtze River Scholar, the Distinguished Young Scholar for National Science Fund. Moreover, he serves as the leader of the Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education since 2009. Prof. Guolong Li is a Distinguished Professor of Chongqing University and has gained an excellent reputation in the gear manufacturing for more than 20 years. Prof. Li has been long-term research experience on the precision machining technology and equipment, intelligent manufacturing technology and system etc. For his achievements, he served as chief expert of national key R&D projects and Secretary-General of Chongqing Mechanical Engineering Society.
