I purchased this brace directly from Orthomen.com for recovery of left elbow tendon repair surgery. The brace is very good quality, well designed, stable, and easy to adjust - Orthomen states that this brace is a "universal" fit, but...the padded half-ring cuffs that contact the arm and support the velcro braces were too small for my upper arm. I purchased a different brand of brace with flexible cuffs that fit my upper arm and it works but it is definitely not as comfortable or as well designed as the Orthomen brace.
