Description: Vintage Portugal Folk Art Ceramic Good Luck Rooster Figurine Alcobaca Hand Painted used. I believe it is from the 1980s. Condition is pre-owned. I had this gorgeous rooster for several years now and I never noticed that end of his tail was glued back on. So there are two possibilities for this one: it was purchased like that (I don't wear glasses and I should) or my kids break it off and glued it back without me noticing it (most likely) because I don't like wearing my glasses. Either way, I am wearing glasses now and I almost missed it again :-). Other than that, the rooster is in great condition with vibrant colors and minimal crazing. Priced accordingly. It measures: 8 1/2"inches tall, 4 wide, 6 inches long. Bottom is marked Portugal 19. Please refer to the pictures for the item condition.
