Not responsible for compatibility issues. This phone works via SIP or Skype business. We are not responsible for what your ITSP supports (or doesn't). It is up the the customer to determine what is needed. A return request for compatibility problems would be unfair. A Polycom VVX300 phone. Comes with stand, handset and new handset cord. It has been reset to factory options. (admin password=456). Then we register it with a SIP phone system, test the phone and reset it back to default. This phone will work as a standard SIP phone or Skype Business. You go into network config to option it for Skype. It is defaulted to SIP as shipped. The phone is cleaned and tested, but does not come with a warranty. It is priced accordingly.
