Description: For your consideration is a really great piece. A stated first edition, 1913 printing of Eleanor H. Porter's "Pollyanna". Hardcover, not in perfect condition but respectable for being a 100+ year old piece of children's literature. Notable the spine has edgewear and sun fading as is common on these first editions with the semi-transparent fleur de lis on them. On the core of the covers themselves they are in very nice condition and maintain their vivid and rare green color with all of the original gold detailing still present. The spine is in readable condition with no missing or loose pages, though there are minor separations starting as one would expect for the age. Still very readable and can be handled without worrying about it falling apart. Covers and very well attached to the spine.
