I ship from Virginia. If I pay this costs, it costs me around $4-$6 per card. If your card is worth less than $20, I ship using the EBAY envelope program. I use this shipping method because it’s the only way to help people purchase inexpensive cards without having to pay a lot to ship an inexpensive card. Often these envelopes get scanned in bulk at your post office, rather than scanned when the card is actually placed in your mail box. Because of this bulk scanning , what I have found is that many times the card will show delivered, but will not be placed in your mailbox. It can take up to 4 days for the card to be physically placed in your mailbox, even though the tracking says DELIVERED. I can not control this USPS issue and sometimes (1 out of 30) the card never shows up. If this happens I can issue you a refund 10 days from when I shipped it to you. I can not issue the refund before then. If this offends you, I can ship the card Ground Advantage for an extra $6 fee, or you can purchase another vendors card, that does not use the EBAY envelope program. In general the envelopes almost always arrive but they are often not in sync with the tracking status show online.
